Frank Gaffney is the Founder and President of the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C. The Center is a not-for-profit, non-partisan educational corporation established in 1988. Under Mr. Gaffney’s leadership, the Center has been nationally and internationally recognized as a resource for timely, informed and penetrating analyses of foreign and defense policy matters.Mr. Gaffney is the host of Secure Freedom Radio, a nationally-syndicated radio program heard weeknights throughout the country. On Secure Freedom Radio, Mr. Gaffney addresses current and emerging threats to national security, sovereignty and our ways of life. Meet Noah Silverman, Congressional Affairs Director, Republican Jewish Coalition
Noah Silverman ’92 began his tenure as the Republican Jewish Coalition’s congressional affairs director in 2006 after working for more than a decade on Capitol Hill. In his current post, he advocates for policies favored by Jewish Republicans in a variety of settings, both on the Hill and in the broader policy-making arena. He also works with representatives of other Republican and Jewish organizations to foster cooperation on matters of shared concern.
He previously served on the legislative staffs of Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Bob Smith (R-N.H.), overseeing domestic policy topics, including health care, transportation, telecommunications, education, housing and Social Security. A native of Ithaca, N.Y., he received his bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and earned a master’s in political science from Johns Hopkins University. Noah and family are residents of Montgomery County.
