Republican volunteers took training on Saturday so they could register people to vote in Maryland. The training was conducted by Dr. Gilberto Zelaya of the Board of Elections at their Headquarters in Gaithersburg. "I've got to take a selfie!" said Zelaya, "I've never seen this many Republicans in one place!"

Yes, we know he was kidding us but we have to step up our game to fill all our available positions during the upcoming primary and general elections in 2024. If there aren't enough Republican workers, it means only Democrats and Unaffiliated workers will work the election. Did you volunteer to reach out to our neighbors in Rockville at Hometown Holidays? It was a great two days during the Memorial Day weekend, music, food and socializing.
