I know the left seems to have a monopoly on the word “Forward.” However, thanks to Governor Larry Hogan and the totally awesome state of Maryland, we owe all of our leaps forward to Republican governors and Republican legislators.  Over the past 100 years, Maryland Democrats have been dragged into the 20^th century by Republican initiatives.
