Things Are Looking Up
As Americans we have a lot to be proud of. I want to make sure people know. According to the latest from the Census Bureau:
- The poverty rate just hit its lowest level in U.S. history! That’s not all.
- America just also hit its highest real median household income in history.
The Atlanta Fed estimates that the economy is growing at an incredible 5 percent annual rate. - That’s after years of politicians promising us that 1.6 percent was “the new normal.” It’s also after barely more than a year and a half after Biden left office. It gets even better.
- Child poverty fell to just 13.4 percent, the lowest official rate ever recorded.
- Hispanic poverty fell to a record low 13.9 percent.
- Real weekly earnings for blue-collar manufacturing workers are up 4.1 percent since January 2025
UNLESS WE PUT THE SOCIALISTS IN CHARGE!
Construction workers’ earnings are up an even higher 5 percent. - Record real household income and record-low poverty.
- The lowest murder rate in 126 years.
- A 99.9 percent reduction in illegal border crossings.
- We're removing 129 regulations for every new one.
- Five percent GDP growth is a new boom.
- Equipment arriving at new American factories gives us every reason to expect more.
BUT GAS IS TOO DARNED EXPENSIVE!
Here in Maryland, here in Montgomery County things are different.

Tell voters how the Democratic party is against the US and Maryland Constitution. They want to voters to vote yes on the last ballot initiative # 3 about Gerrymandering our one and only Republican Congressman Dr Andy Harris. There are ONE MILLION registered Republican voters in MD. We will have not representation in the House of Representatives.

Dennis MelbyChairmanRepublican Party of Montgomery County, MDA funny thing happened last week. We didn't notice that the group of Republicans at a well attended parade photo shoot has been joined by an Evan Glass for County Executive fan, with a big poster in the background. Glass was one of the losers for Montgomery County Executive.
You're got to give it to the fan...we didn't notice 'til after the pix was published. I laughed, it takes chutzpah! Kinda like having Esther Wells' pix in Will Jawando's campaign paraphernalia without them noticing. You have to laugh. That's the only place you'll see them together - he refuses to debate her although he rakes in the county tax money for his campaign.I've driven past the "No Kings" protest - they're not al all funny. They have drawings of guillotines with TRUMP on them. They have posters that say "86 - 47" and worse.Compared to that, a little humor is a good thing!What do YOU think? Funny or outrageous?
