The Postal Service is proposing to amend the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM), regarding the transmission of mail-in or absentee ballots for federal elections pursuant to its rulemaking authority. Please consider providing your comment in favor of this new, very important USPS requirement! This new law would come very close to cleaning up our mail in lists! So everyone understands what this new law will do: 1. The State Board will be required to send their official voter registration MAIL IN database to the USPS for full review. 2. The USPS will run these registrations against Social security and REMOVE al voters who do not meet eligibility requirements This is HUGE as it would take care of the mail in lists duplicates, deceased, and otherwise ineligible voters.

Mail In voting became popular during Covid but was implemented differently by each state and almost all with emergency legislation. This proved to be not only unsuccessful requiring numerous rewritings of election laws but has severely damaged the chain of custody of ballots. Having full lists of voters for the mail in ballots will restore some validity to this chain of custody. I applaud this voter integrity process. This should also help stop the mailing of duplicate ballots and really help with voter roll list maintenance. Thank you for making a real effort to help with law enforcement efforts while preserving the autonomy of state boards of elections. “It’s important to remember that the original SAVE America Act – the one that was passed by the House of Representatives – does have simple majority support in the Senate. While it’s true that we’re ten votes shy of cloture (forcing debate to a close), that doesn’t mean that we couldn’t pass it.
“There are a couple ways to get there.
“One would be nuking the filibuster, which appears unlikely to happen. But the other way is to exhaust the other side – to continue to debate the bill until it passes. This was a common procedure in the Senate for most of its existence; it needs to be used from time to time in situations like this one.
“Look, the American people overwhelmingly support this – Republicans, Democrats alike. We’re talking about three out of four Americans – regardless of political party – want to make it easy to vote and hard to cheat. That’s what the House-passed SAVE America Act does, and the Senate needs to be willing to do that hard work to make sure that happens.
“If we put it on the floor tomorrow, and we announce that we’re going to debate it until it passes, I’m confident that we can get there.”

This week the Senate returned and thanks to your pressure, won a 51-48 motion to proceed -- putting the SAVE America Act back on the floor with only one Republican voting against it.
Senate Democrats are going to have to stand up in front of the entire country and explain to the 85-90% of Americans who support this bill why they are blocking it. Republicans must hold strong and stay on the floor until it passes.

The US Senate is billed by some as the world's most deliberative body.
Right now, they might be right.
Encourage our Patriot Senators like Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, John Kennedy, Ron Johnson, and many others to continue the fight.
Remind the others, both Democrat and Republicans, of what they are supposed to be doing up there; representing the majority of Americans of all colors and political persuasions who overwhelmingly support the Save America Act.
To paraphrase the great Senator Mike Lee, who is currently spearheading this effort, 'just keep the debate going and eventually good things will happen'. It seems that the most important Senator to convince to keep the debate going is the Majority Leader Senator John Thune. Let's please continue to encourage him and the others as best we can.

The Save Act would drastically reduce the opportunity for fraud in our current election system by:
1.) Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote
2.) Requiring a photo id to vote on Election Day
This "Save Act" has been passed in the house and is currently in the hands of Majority Leader John Thune for possible action.
The vast majority of Republican Senators indicate their support for passing the Save Act through the use of a "standing filibuster". This procedure is possible if a majority of Senators are present in the chamber, then requiring Democrats to physically stand and speak until they cannot go on. When the speaking concludes, then a simple majority vote would pass the bill.
The "Save Act" is critically important for the future of our republic and is backed by 8 out of 10 Americans, both Republicans and Democrats. Unfortunately it is not backed by any Democrat Senators.
There are four Republican Senators who reportedly stand opposed to using this procedure to pass this bill. Their contact information is listed below. Please contact the offices of the Majority Leader and these apparently reluctant Republican Senators and politely indicate your extreme displeasure with their position.

Annapolis, MD – Mark your calendars and join us at 9:00AM - 11:00AM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Lawyers Mall in Annapolis, MD, for Secure the Vote Act Lobby Day 2026. A grassroots and Maryland Freedom Caucus’ effort to advance meaningful election security reform.
Secure the Vote MD (STVMD) has identified more than 236,000 voter registration violations, revealing widespread inaccuracies and significant bloating in Maryland’s voter rolls. These findings underscore the urgent need for sound, comprehensive election security legislation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and public trust in our elections (Example: Ian Roberts case).
STVMD has joined forces with the Maryland Freedom Caucus to introduce the Secure the Vote Act of 2026, a comprehensive package of election integrity measures designed to restore transparency and public confidence in Maryland’s elections. The legislation addresses key vulnerabilities in the system, with a focus on three foundational safeguards: Voter ID, citizen verification, and in-person voting.
Lobby Day 2026 will give constituents the opportunity to learn more about the bill, engage directly with lawmakers, and publicly demonstrate support for common-sense election protections. Organizers emphasize that secure elections are not a partisan issue, but a prerequisite for a healthy democracy.
Supporters are encouraged to attend, stand with fellow Marylanders, and help move the Secure the Vote Act forward because trust in elections begins with integrity at the ballot box.

Questions Surrounding Voter Integrity
In a lawsuit I and others filed on Friday, we allege that Montgomery County has more registered voters than actual residents.
Just days earlier, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a federal lawsuit against the Maryland State Board of Elections and its administrator, stating that the state failed to provide the full, unredacted voter-registration list required under federal law.
This follows another case brought by Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), which challenged a Maryland regulation that prevented citizens from using voter-registration data to identify possible inaccuracies such as duplicate or deceased voters. A federal court ruled that Maryland’s restriction violated federal law.
