Ax Throwing in Allegany

Montgomery in Allegany County

Saturday was the Allegany Co GOP’s Lincoln Day Dinner at the historic Ali Ghan Shriner’s Temple. County GOP Chair Todd Logsdon and his Central Committee did a great job hosting some 200 attendees with a fantastic dinner and raffle.

Guest speaker Marc Schifanelli discussed his book Freedom, Emotion, and Fascism and the current political climate. Maryland GOP was ably represented by First Vice Chair Nicole Bennett, who spoke earlies this month in Rockville at Defending Freedom. They also hosted the recently elected Maryland Young Republican Chair Jackie Sackstein.

Committeeman Paul Foldi from LD-16 represented our own MCGOP.  Following the dinner, many headed to downtown Cumberland for a fun night of fellowship and axe-throwing! No one was hurt in the celebration of Republicanism in Maryland!
