NMUSD AB1266 Gender Support Plan – September 2023
Download A 12-year-old under California law can have transgender surgery without parental permission.
According to internal emails obtained by the nonprofit legal group Center for American Liberty, the district’s student services administrative director, Sarah Coley, instructs her colleagues to share a child’s transgender status with the parents only if the child permits it. “The gender support plan helps the transitioning student know the options and to designate the preference to the school administration, but it is not required for a student to have one,” Coley said in an Aug. 7, 2022, email in response to a question from a local parent. “It is encouraged to have parents part of the process, but under the law, it is not required.”

California regulators say the state should take over oil refineries as oil demand declines due to bans on internal combustion engines. However, the regulators worry that oil will be in such short supply, prices will surge. The solution? The state should establish a relationship with an oil importing country to ensure a “reliable supply. However, the CEC appeared to question whether creating state-owned refineries to replace privately-owned refineries pushed out of business by government energy policy was counter-intuitive, asking, “as demand for fossil fuel declines, will the presence of State-owned refineries inhibit an orderly phase out of refinery capacity?” The CEC also suggested increasing oil imports.” As the transition unfolds, “California may wish to consider developing a relationship with a supplier and refiner or marketer to bring CARBON [California-specific gasoline] into California via regular ship loads so consumers are assured a reliable import supply.
The Federal Budget:
Earlier this year, the Congress and administration agreed to a discretionary budget of $1.61 trillion which incudes the Department of Defense. The House passed a defense bill that stays within the gaps while the Senate appropriations committee by a vote of 28-0 added $20.8 billion while also cutting some $3.6 billion from the USAF budget. The DoD budget overall in the Senate bill is $852.2 billion but that does not include funding for the National Nuclear Security Administration that handles all the nuclear warhead and production facilities for warheads for the country’s nuclear deterrent.

Although she did no harm, was in the Capitol for only a few minutes, and left the Capitol when asked to do so. The Judge is Zia Faruqui, a member of the Board of Advisors of Muslim American Public Service. At sentencing he derided the lady’s faith and said she did not deserve the funds she had raised for her defense. She also runs a bed and breakfast but cannot use the internet says the judge to take reservations. The judge also declared that if you want to contact your Congressman about an issue, the appropriate way to do so is the use the courts to sue, not march on the Capitol.
