Local Republican Leader Appointed to Board of National Federation of Republican Women

NFRW President Julie Harris has appointed Victoria “Vikki” Birkett of Gaithersburg, Maryland to the “Win the White House” Committee, which was established to help elect the Republican nominee, President Donald J.
