Purim
Thank you for your very good newsletter. I just want to point out that there was actually a holiday missed in the list of March holidays and ironically, one that coordinates perfectly timing wise with what’s been going on in Iran as it is about victory over an evil despot in ancient Persia.
It’s the Jewish holiday of Purim, which begins this evening and coordinates with the Book of Esther.

Dennis, glad to see your new chairman. In my humble opinion the Biden administration strategically opened the border to keep congressional seats for the 2030 census. Millions poured in from across the world. While President Trump campaigned on “Only the Worst of the Worst”. A different story has been played out in the last year. Many ICE Detainees from our state are being held thru unwarranted arrests. With the vast majority of these people being from El Salvador and Guatemala. While I don’t believe everything that I Breathe. I saw a report that 50.9 have no criminal record. Guess what? I tend to believe the accuracy in this. If you went down a list of ICE Detainees at any facility where they are being held in alphabetical order. I think the data would bear me out on this point. Why am I telling you this. Republicans for Decades have been fighting the false narrative of the Racist non-Welcoming out of reach party. In 2024 nationally we make solid inroads in almost every minority community. We need the Hispanic vote moving forward. We need someone like you locally to look at the numbers. A lot of these people have been interwoven into our society for years. While I might not have the answers to the complex issues of immigration. I’m pretty sure that an overreach of Government is not the solution. It Never is. Having Park Police working in unison with ICE to pull over Work trucks looking for Undocumented Latinos is Ludicrous. I have firsthand experience. I know what kind of island you’re in being Chairman in Montgomery County. This is a story that might resonate with many.

Just like LBJ did with the Indians, he imported people in droves, for their votes. That is the reason here, and if more people were made aware of this, and the fact that it has nothing to do with humanitarianism, then maybe the outcry would be silenced. The dems would scheme and uplift Charles Manson, if they thought he would vote for them.

I spent 14 years as an INS spokesman and you are so correct. The Immigration and Nationality act which was the last law Truman signed is still the basic immigration law of. the USA. The left never refers to the law but some vague interpretation of the Constitution. They have decided to take all of their battles to some liberal judge. That is where all the battles are fought now on immigration.
