THE NEED FOR VOTER ID

We tease the Democrats 'cause we love 'em!
STOP DENYING OUR RIGHTS

We call on the Democrats in the Congress, State Legislature and the County Government to revoke all the laws they've passed making it hard for black people to obtain IDs. After all, it must be them, they hold all the reins of power in our County and State, and have for years. Yet they constantly say that we can't have voter ID at polling places because blacks don't have ID. Since they say it it must be true - they wouldn't lie would they? They often blame the Party of Lincoln and Douglass, yet we're the party that opened up voting to ALL! So again, we demand that they withdraw their legislation prohibiting ID for minorities. We need equality, and Republicans demand it now. Let's get voter ID back in time for the next election.

The Huessy Report
Dear Friends of the Maryland Republican Party,
The US Congress in January 2025 with 535 Members when all seats are filled will have 31 New House Republican members; 35 new Democratic members, and six (6) new Republican and six (6) Democrat Senators for a grand total of 78 new members of the House and Senate combined, which comes to 18% of the entire membership.
And with the appointment of some members of the House and Senate as members of the new cabinet, the total change-over could approach twenty percent.
Critically important are the new members of the SASC, HASC and the HAC and SAC defense appropriations committees.
There are more than one dozen new members of the House and Senate that are military veterans.
MOCO Matters
By Dennis Melby
Does what you think really matter in Montgomery County? Most Republicans, blue-collar and moderate Democrats and immigrants who've become citizens don't think so. Some believe that to say our "elected class" skews to the far left is an understatement. Yet we do get national attention for our Republican principles.
Just this year we've been visited by GOP Chair and Trump family member Lara Trump in Rockville, new Senate Majority Leader John Thune in Potomac, former Trump Chief of Staff Reince Priebus in Bethesda, new Trump Border Czar Tom Homan in Gaithersburg, the new Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus Congressman Andy Harris in Bethesda, and a wide array of other important Republicans countywide. Yes, what we think in MoCo matters.

Donald Trump, Ronald Reagan, and Tulsi Gabbard
By Lori Jaffe
Now that President-elect Trump has welcomed people with differing views to help set the tone of our new government, we have time to reflect, regardless of our party affiliation. What are our values? What do we have in common? We may even ask ourselves, “Am I a Republican at heart?” This self-reflection may take a little time, so be patient with yourself. But if you are not a registered Republican, please consider what you value and whether your values line up with those of the Republican Party. Many Democrats and members of other parties have made the switch. After all, Ronald Reagan famously said, “I didn’t leave the Democratic party, the Democratic Party left me.”
