YOUR SUPPORT MEANS SO MUCH

Last week we sent out the following message and want to THANK those who responded with a contribution to the MCGOP. Without your financial support, our work would not be possible. We are excited about the momentum this election cycle and know that so many of you want to participate in some way. Make your plan now to vote early and if possible, consider donating to the MCGOP. Some key highlights of our work are below.

At this time of the year, the MCGOP would typically be inviting you to our major fundraising event, the Lincoln Day Dinner.  With fewer than 60 days until election day, we made a difficult decision to cancel that event this year and instead, stay focused on outreach efforts to build voter engagement.

Kamala's Poisonous Salad “What can be, unburdened by what has been”

  Hugh Fisher

Many of us, myself included, listen to Kamala Harris and wonder “what is she talking about?” and think “none of it makes sense,” finally we conclude she is not very smart and has come out with another “word salad” to hide who/what she is. However, last week I happened to listen to the Vince Coglianese Show (WMAL). There I learned who Kamala really is.

The phrase “what can be, unburdened by what has been” tells us exactly who and what Kamala Harris is – she is an extremely dangerous Marxist. “What can be, unburdened by what has been” is a Marxist phrase.  The “unburdening” is the total destruction of the world before the Marxists take power.  That destruction includes suppressing anyone who may pass-on the memory of the pre-Marxist world including, but not limited, to priests, lawyers, doctors, any one with higher education, believers of all faiths - Christian, Jews, Muslims etc., any who opposed the Marxists in their rise to power, members of non-Marxist labor organizations and union leaders and, of course, supporters of opposition parties – people like us.

STILL ONE AMERICA

It's been a generation since that crisp Autumn day in 2001 when our city and our nation stood still as unbelievable violence visited our land. September 11, 2001. DC, Pennsylvania and New York City. One great generation remembers it only in stories and video, others remember it as if it were yesterday, yet others recall wanting to come to this country as a beacon of freedom and democracy in a world gone mad.

  • We remember and honor those we lost, both in the attack and in the years after defending this nation from threats overseas.
  • We remember our Montgomery County Congresswoman Connie Morella, standing next to the Democrat Majority Leader Harry Reid leading the Congress in song on the steps of the US Capitol - even though it was under threat at that time.
  • We remember all the leaders, Democrat and Republican, Man and Woman, Black and White, all religions united in their faith in our Country.
  • We remember the President urging Americans not to go after our US Muslim brothers and sisters
  • ...and finally we remember pulling together after that fateful day.

PROTECT OUR KIDS

By Lori Jaffe

The Montgomery County Public Schools have a problem with violence and unfortunately, it’s just a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt or killed. Montgomery Perspective reports, “During the 2023–2024 school year, there were a total of 4,424 incidents reported through Synergy, the student information system. Of the reported incidents, 726 (16%) were classified as critical, having the potential to impact student safety and security. Such events were classified within categories such as knives or other weapons, false alarms or bomb threats, fighting or attacks on students or adults, drug-related issues, and trespassing.”  Marc Elrich’s bad policies have affected our children’s safety. Fox5DC reported: “County Executive Marc Elrich essentially ended the SRO program by pulling funding for it in the FY22 budget in March 2015.” Serious changes need to be made, including returning the Student Resource Officers (SRO) to our schools and piloting a metal detector program.
