They Made Theft and Hard Drugs Legal
Bay Area mayors join move to walk back Prop 47 and crack down on thefts and drugs

Democrat San Francisco Mayor London Breed on Thursday joined other major-city leaders from her party supporting a California ballot initiative that would increase penalties for certain retail theft and drug crimes, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Proposition 47 was a ballot measure approved by California voters in a state-wide referendum in 2014 that reduced the penalties for property crime by reclassifying some felonies, such as shoplifting and grand theft, as misdemeanors. After a large increase in such crimes in recent years, a campaign to repeal Proposition 47 is underway, which Breed, as well as Democrat Mayors Matt Mahan of San Jose and Todd Gloria of San Diego, have endorsed, the Chronicle reported.
Even the Left Coast gets realistic. Do you think they could contact the all-Democrat Montgomery County government?

We Need You At The Polls
WE NEED YOU AT THE POLLS

It's about six to one, Democrats and Non-affiliated voters to Republicans in Montgomery County. The Board of Elections is charged with pairing up officials - most are paid volunteers who work long hours to make sure the elections are valid, fair and accurate. To do this, they need people from all political persuasions - not just the majority. Duties include: Staffing the polling places, checking voters in, verifying their ability to vote, making sure they have the opportunity and then verifying that the count is right and the procedures have been followed.
That's where you come in. If you're a Republican and can serve the folks of Montgomery County as an election worker we need your name. The Primaries are in just a few months. Please contact Republican Committee Members Brigitta Mullican at [email protected] or Lori Jaffe at [email protected] with your name and contact information so we can give a list of workers to the Board of Elections. You can also call MCGOP Headquarters at 301-417-9256 and leave a message.
Yes, we need you to help make the process fair, accurate and timely.
And thanks!

THE CHAIR OF THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE

In January of last year the MCGOP Central Committee adopted a resolution concerning the Chair of the Republican National Committee. It said the following:
"The Republican Party in Montgomery County Maryland wishes to thank Ronna McDaniel for her work on behalf of the Party over the last 6 years.
We believe it’s time for a change and encourage our RNC Committee Members to support a new leadership and fresh ideas by voting for Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Party Chair."
That change never happened and we wished Ms. McDaniel well. Once again the Republican conference is split, the many calling for a change to new leadership. We want to know what you think.
