Whoopi Was Right

(1)

By Lori Jaffe

Like many of you, I have been watching the news about Charlie Kirk. I see the anti-Kirk comments by some on the far left. I see the loving memories (2) from those who actually knew Charlie. What surprised me was that I agree with Whoopi Goldberg, whom I consider to be on the far left. What do we agree on?

Successful Non-partisan Leadership

Adam Van Grack

Rockville City Councilman Adam Van Grack is serving his first term on the city council. An attorney by trade he's become a popular Councilmember because he tends to listen to all sides, invites dialog and debate - and tends to make decisions without partisanship - even though he's a registered Democrat. (Both parties should learn to do that) He'll give a brief rundown of his take on Rockville issues, interests and the future of bi-partisan progress for the city, county and country.

Also featuring Helene Meister, on her experience as an immigrant American citizen, local candidates, and MCGOP Emcee Dennis Melby.

Location: IHOP, 775 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 (next to Long and Foster)

Please arrive at 8:00 am. We will be located in the side room on the left. The wait staff will take your order in that room. Payment by cash, or credit card to iHOP.

Cash payments can be processed more quickly than credit card payments.

We plan to start the meeting at 8:30 am and end at 9:30 am. Details to follow. Due to limited space, RSVP to Lori Jaffe by October 10 at [email protected]

But entrenched leftist politicians often think the countries on the socialist side are better, more desirable and are a model of America. They are not.

Governor Moore is calling today’s announcement “ratepayer relief” — but don’t be fooled. This is not new money. It’s your money. The Strategic Energy Investment Fund (SEIF) comes from higher utility bills that Marylanders have already paid. Instead of fixing the failed policies driving up costs, Democrats are raiding SEIF for a short-term gimmick while bills keep climbing every six months. Senate Republicans are calling for real solutions to Maryland’s energy crisis — not recycled dollars dressed up as relief. READ MOORE HERE
