NMUSD AB1266 Gender Support Plan – September 2023

Download A 12-year-old under California law can have transgender surgery without parental permission.

According to internal emails obtained by the nonprofit legal group Center for American Liberty, the district’s student services administrative director, Sarah Coley, instructs her colleagues to share a child’s transgender status with the parents only if the child permits it. “The gender support plan helps the transitioning student know the options and to designate the preference to the school administration, but it is not required for a student to have one,” Coley said in an Aug. 7, 2022, email in response to a question from a local parent. “It is encouraged to have parents part of the process, but under the law, it is not required.”

The trainer, Sigrid Drefke of the Hogan campaign, demonstrated the newest technology for phone banking that will allow us to do phone banking from our homes, via our computers, for the Hogan campaign.  Members of the Parrott campaign and the MCGOP Central Committee were present, and they're gearing up to phone bank as well.  To join the Hogan phone banking team visit: https://larryhogan.com/volunteer/  or contact Jonathan Leiter <[email protected]>.

FREDERICK LOVES JAIME BRENNAN

Jaime Brennan – Candidate for Frederick County Board of Education

Common sense conservative Board of Education candidate Jaime Brennan needs your help competing with the teacher's union well-funded, very liberal candidates.  The union candidates all support unfair sports for women, allowing boys into girls changing areas, underfunding charter schools so that they are forced to close, and have no plan to address the nearly 70% graduation test failure rate, despite nearly $1 billion in annual school spending.

SMYAL IS COMING FOR YOUR KIDS

By Lori Jaffe

In October 2023, Montgomery County Congressman Jamie Raskin, along with fellow Democrats, announced $530,000 in Department of Homeland Security grants to Montgomery County to develop violence prevention programs focused on LGBTQ+ youth. This grant money is funding a group called the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL). Townhall recently reported on SMYAL’s inculcating of young minds in the District of Columbia. Now that this viper is in our midst, what can you do about it?
