Melby Minute - Democratic Gender to be determined

Boys, Girls… or To Be Determined?

By Dennis Brent Melby

If you don’t know what sex you are, the Democrats want you as their leader.

To be appointed to the recent vacancy of the MoCo Democrats' Central Committee you must state whether you’re a female or you identify as something called "trans-gender" or "non-binary"! They have positions that can only be filled by specific sexes…or apparently no sex, but you must declare. If it weren’t against the US Constitution, they’d also have numbers reserved for skin color – or race if you prefer. They’ve already gotten rid of their very popular co-Vice Chair of the National Democratic Party, crazy left winger David Hogg just this way, by enforcing non-binary preferences for “gender diversity.” They apparently think their voters would choose wrongly without these restrictions. Republicans beg to differ.

To serve on, and be elected or appointed to the Republican Central Committee you simply must be a registered Republican voter in Montgomery County. We don’t ask your skin color, your gender, your age, your religion, your marital status, your orientation, your profession, your income or level of education.  We let the voters decide. And they do a darned good job.

Questions Surrounding Voter Integrity?

In a lawsuit I and others filed on Friday, we allege that Montgomery County has more registered voters than actual residents.

https://foxbaltimore.com/news/local/maryland-faces-scrutiny-calls-for-election-integrity-grow-voter-rolls

Just days earlier, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a federal lawsuit against the Maryland State Board of Elections and its administrator, stating that the state failed to provide the full, unredacted voter-registration list required under federal law.

This follows another case brought by Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), which challenged a Maryland regulation that prevented citizens from using voter-registration data to identify possible inaccuracies such as duplicate or deceased voters. A federal court ruled that Maryland’s restriction violated federal law.

Have you personally encountered issues related to voter integrity?
Mail-in ballots sent to your house for people who don’t live at your address?
Being told at the polling place that you’ve already voted and must cast a provisional ballot? If so, we want to hear from you.
