READ OPT-OUT RULING

It's the first day of public school in Montgomery County. Kids and Parents are adjusting from the summer and getting back into the school day routine. We're full of anticipation and hope that this school year will lead to greater opportunities for learning, a chance to achieve excellence, fulfillment and safety.

MoCo parents are continuing their fight to be able to opt-out their K-5 kids from lessons they deem harmful. The judge hearing the case has a preliminary ruling that there'll be no opt-out ability by the parents, the parents promise an appeal.  Read the story on the ruling HERE>
