On July 22nd, Council President Kate Stewart (D-Dist. 4) and Councilmembers Andrew Friedson (D-Dist. 1), Marilyn Balcombe (D-Dist. 2), Natali Fani-González (D-Dist. 6), Dawn Luedke (D-Dist. 7), Evan Glass (D-At-large), Gabe Albornoz (D-At-large), and Laurie-Anne Sayles (D-At-large) voted to change the timbre of quiet residential streets in the County by allowing duplexes, triplexes, and apartments along designated transit corridors in Montgomery County.
